A header and a left foot shot.
Played left wing for about 3 quarters of the match.
Then got subbed off.

I don't even know if I'm starting, or even on the bench LOL!

Match in 13 hours.
I have done everything I could to save my foot.
Put a bag of frozen mixed vege on my ankle.
Soak my feet in salt water.
Bought plasters for blisters.
I think I also have to get more rest.
